Setup flow

Enable and wire channels

Turn on the module, then set Logging Channel (audit trail) and Application Channel (where the apply UI lives).

Choose apply UI

Button — one application per message. Select Menu — dropdown when you run multiple forms.

Create a form

Configure applications…Create an Application — name, questions, role rules.

Publish

Post / Update Applications pushes the button or menu into your application channel.

  • Applications List / Applications — browse and edit
  • Duplicate Application — Warden+ only
  • Remove an Application — delete a form
Your plan caps how many applications you can create. The config panel shows usage like 2/5.
